TPOG (Tier-Based Percentage)

  • Pay Range: Starts at 22% and scales up to 35% gross revenue.
  • Weeks Out: 1 wk (+0.5%), 2 wks (+1.5%), 3 wks (+2.5%), 4 wks (+3.5%), 5+ wks (+5.0%).
  • Weekly Gross: Under $4,500 (-1.0%) | $4,500–$5,999 (No adjustment) | $6,000–$6,999 (+0.5%) | $7,000–$7,999 (+2.0%) | $8,000+ (+2.5%)
  • Fuel Efficiency: Top 40% (+1%), Top 30% (+2%), Top 20% (+3%), Top 10% (+4%).
  • Safety Bonus: +2% increase for zero speeding alerts.

POG (Fixed-Percentage)

  • Fixed Rate: Guaranteed 28% rate (no performance resets or adjustments).

Home-Time & Perks

  • Home Time: 1 day off earned per full week out. Taking home time resets TPOG to 22% (mandatory 34-hour ELD resets do not trigger a reset).
  • Driver Perks: Refrigerator, premium mattress, power inverter, full interior cleaning upon return, 100% company-paid fuel & tolls.
