2. Freight Services & Rate Quotes

Any rate estimates, lane availability quotes, or transit schedules provided through this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract. Binding freight agreements, rates, fuel surcharges, and transit obligations are strictly governed by formal Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading, and written transportation agreements executed separately between HUMO Transport and the shipper/broker.

3. Carrier Liability & Governing Law

All commercial freight shipments handled by HUMO Transport are subject to federal transportation laws, including the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706), federal DOT/FMCSA safety rules, and the company's rules tariff. Cargo liability limits apply as detailed in our formal transportation contracts and individual Bills of Lading.

4. Driver Application Submissions

Submitting an online job application or inquiry form does not guarantee employment. All potential hires must undergo complete background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) reviews, medical certifications, and drug screening in full compliance with DOT regulations before driver onboarding.
